Do I need to make a reservation to use the facilities (Sauna,
Steam, Hot & Cold Spa Pool)?
Not necessary you may just visit the Borneo Spa anytime during the
opening hours if you just intend to use the facilities of the Borneo
Spa.
What should I wear to the Borneo Spa?
Wear whatever comfortable. We will provide you with a robe, briefs,
slippers and a locker for your personal belongings.
Should I make reservations for the services?(massage & treatments)
Yes, either phone or visit the Borneo Spa Reception to make an
appointment for a particular service at your earliest convenience
so we may accommodate your schedule.
When should I arrive for the services?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time to enjoy the
facilities of the Borneo Spa.
What if I'm late for the services?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus
lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatments
will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Who can help me decide how to choose my treatment?
Our Guest Service Associates or the Therapist will help you plan
the perfect spa experience, including the best order for your
treatments. Spa packages are specially designed to offer you a
selection of our most popular spa treatments.
What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our spa Manager, our Guest Service Associates or
the Therapist before making your appointment if you have high
blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities
or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, do let
us know in order to recommend the best treatment for you. We recommend
that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after
your spa treatments.
What do I wear during my treatment?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. You may wish
to wear briefs during treatment.
What about my comfort during treatment?
Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure
or the volume of the music, do let the therapist know. This is
your time and we want to pamper you to the fullest.
What about my jewelry and valuables?
Safe deposit boxes are available at the Borneo Spa. If you need
to keep any valuables in the safe deposit box, please request
from our Guest Associates.
What if I need to cancel a Spa Reservation?
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Guests
will be charged 50% for treatments not canceled six hours in advance.
